Born in 1994, the F3E is a learning network of actors in solidarity and international cooperation. It is a multi-actors network with more than 85 French member organizations: NGOs, local authorities, networks, foundations, unions, etc. The F3E's aim is to improve the practices of actors and to strengthen their skills, in the service of an action that has an impact on social change. The F3E contributes to the agility of organizations in a complex and changing environment.
