Governance context analysis of FOREST programme

CARE International in Uganda (CIU) with support from CUK recently conducted a 2 day workshop (4 - 6 March 2013) in Kampala to review its Forest Resources Sector Transparency (FOREST) Programme Document. The workshop that was attended by CIU staff and its partners under the new FOREST programme had two main objectives:
1. To further improve the quality of the governance context analysis and programme design of the final draft of the FOREST programme document; and
2. To test the appropriateness and usefulness of the CIU Governance Context Analysis Guidance Note in the above process.
